Thank you Myyoga  for an amazing transformation in 9 weeks. It was such an educational 9 weeks for me and I cannot believe the difference it has made to my body and my mindset. Starting off I thought it would be the longest and hardest 9 weeks of my life but it went fast and it wasn’t hard, once I got my head around the food part it was easy from there. The accountability. advice. support and program are second to none and Myyoga is so encouraging and a mine of information.
